Here's my menu:

(I'd love if u could post the beef and onion soup recipe, and orange beet salad recipe. Thanks!)

Mon night
Boiled egg, potato, onion cut up, matza, maror, lettuce, charoset

Moroccan fish (tilapia in tomato sauce)
Potato salad, egg salad, avocado salad, israeli salad, babaganoush, beet salad, ratatouille
Ground beef dish (with chopped tomato, onion, carrots)
Mashed potatoes with fried onions

Tuesday day

Lemon lime maror tilapia
Avocado salad
Beet salad
Israeli salad
Vegetabe kishke (maybe if I have time to make it)
Mock chopped liver
Fruit ice cream

Tuesday night- 2nd Seder
Boiled egg, potato, onion cut up, matza, maror, lettuce, charoset

Shnitzel
Israeli salad
Egg salad
Avocado
Zuccini and tomato dish
Sweet and regular potatoes
Shredded carrot salad with lime juice

Wed day

Chicken and potatoes
Israeli salad
Carrot lemon onion salad
Boiled eggs
Potato beet salad
Apple/pear compote

Now that the first days are over, I can write what I served. Before, it was just food. I didn't know what was going where.

Monday night:
cihcken soup with matza balls
meat in tomato sauce
zucchini kugel
carrot kugel
banana cake
brownies

Tuesday day:
cabbage "blintze"
tomato bell pepper salad
beets
cucumber salad
california salad
avocado dip
eggplant dip
carrot salad
meatballs
tongue
matza farfel
shnitzel
kiwi mango ices, blondies and I poured chocolate syrup over it

Tuesday night:
chicken soup with matza balls and "noodles"
roast with baby potatoes
potato kugel
sweet potato kugel

Wednesday day:
plate with slices of persimmon, papaya, rimon, and blueberries
same salads as the day before
chicken
broccoli kugel
potato/carrot cups
chocolate mousse with chocolate shavings
baked apple
fruit
sponge cake
chocolate chip bars

We had company, but if we didn't we probably would have had one or two things per meal.

I almost forgot, matza, matza, and more matza Laughing

here's what we had:

first seder:
hard boiled egg
chicken soup w/ dark brown matzah balls Smile

boiled chicken from soup
potato chip shnitzel
broccoli kugel
carrot kugel
potato kugel
apple kugel (flop- never doing that recipe again!)
random desserts that SIL made

first day:
gefilta fish
brisket
onion chicken quarters
same kugels
avocado-lettuce salad

2nd seder:
hard boiled egg
chicken soup w/ dark brown matzah balls Smile

boiled chicken from soup
chicken breasts in (canned) mushroom and white wine sauce
baby white potatoes with parsley (YUMMMMM)
same kugels

2nd day:
esther's kremsel- in our family, this is matzah meal pancakes with various jams
turkey
sweet meatballs
mashed potatoes
tricolor pepper salad

Motzei Yom Tov:
matzah grilled cheese
Greek salad

I only cooked about half of the dishes; thankfully, my parents are here and both of them cook well!!!
