Help! need a non-chometz, easy dessert to go w/ fruit salad

Last-minute guests this Shabbos, and trying to keep it simple but still presentable. I need an idea for a quick, easy dessert that will serve well along with fruit salad. We're all pesach-dig already so looking for something non-chometz, but no Pesach recipes (I.e. potato starch) either. Any ideas?

How about almond bark? Absurdly easy. Proportions are not exact and not so important either.

Melt some chocolate chips - maybe 1 bag (10 or 12 oz)
Stir in coarsely chopped roasted almonds - maybe 10 oz too
Spread in thin layer on waxed paper placed on level surface such as a cake pan or a piece of cardboard (or spray Pesach Pam equivalent on the bottom of a flexible plastic container)
Refrigerate until cold and firm
Break into pieces

Cranberry fool: whip the whip (I don't remember if it's one small or one large box, doesn't terribly matter), add 1 tsp. lemon juice and fold in one can cranberry sauce. Can be served frozen, and taken out a little early, or keeps in the fridge.

(May or may not go well with fruit salad, YMMV but it is easy.)

Thank you ladies. In the end DH blew a gasket when he heard I was planning TWO desserts (and possibly baking!) erev Shabbos Hagadol, so it looks like it'll be just fruit salad. Easier for me Smile
