Mushroom pepper chicken
from self.com
makes one serving, adjust as necessary
mushrooms
bell pepper
onion
tomato
spice, fresh or dried
chicken, any kind
In a little olive oil, sautee a cup of chopped mushrooms, a cup of cut up peppers, 1/2 cup onions, and a cup of cut up tomatoes. Add some fresh oregano or other spices, cook until sauce is formed. Add your chicken and cook until done.
Eat and enjoy !!!
