Substitute for Onion Soup packet

I like the way it tastes in meatballs but didn't have any (no sales lately); Googled it in the hopes of finding a sub, and here it is:

8 tsp minced onion (dried)
1 1/2 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp sugar
pinch pepper

Mix it up and use - equal to one packet
