Whole Wheat - Rye bread
1½ cups water (or apple juice if you hold by mezones)
2 Tbsp oil
1½ tsp salt
2 cups ww flour
1 cup rye flour (or substitute with ww)
1 cup white flour (I give all purpose)
4 tsp gluten
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2½ tsp dry yeast
Put all ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order above. Use WW bread setting. Enjoy.
