I am planing to make an easy cake recipe and it asks for a cup of sour cream. I would like to substitute with something parve.

I have tried a certain brand of sour cream that is pareve and I was very
unhappy with it.

I like Tofutti sour cream.
If you're using it in a cake, you shouldn't really see much of a difference anyways.

I use SourSupreme by Tofutti. I think that someone mentioned it already.
