Wierd Behavior...

I hope my question is ok to ask.. Lately my daughter (14 month old) is doing something which struck me and I would wanna know if its normal... If she sits in the carriage or car seat she pushes she lower body to the strap and spaces out - she can sit like this for a while if I sit her back up she gets all upset starts crying and yelling... Is it normal??

does she do anything else that you think is not typical of a 14 month old? ie. how is her behaviour otherwise? is she interested in what's going on around her? how is her speech? is she saying words, and putting them together? Unfortunately, I am a little bit of an expert, as my child is on the autistic spectrum. I don't want you to panic unnecessarily, but if it's just one isolated odd behaviour, chances are it's really nothing. It was when a whole bunch of characteristics and behaviours were going on, I could just not ignore it.
