theres a tea company called "london tea" I know hey sell it in israel, I dont know about other places. it would just be a filler tho, as its not 'kosher' as one of your 'manos' because its not prepared to be eaten upon receipt.
you can do scones or crumpets as a tea theme.
maybe the face of those candy watches- for big ben

English Breakfast tea, Thomas's English Muffins (if you're not Pas Yisrael), little packets of HP brown sauce, mini jars of Marmite (don't know if they're Kosher this week)...Are you in the tri state area? If so, Kearny in NJ has a huge Scottish population & you can but a lot of English/British made goods. Alternatively, try googling to find suppliers. But be warned...all imports, ergo, very expensive.
BTW..if you call Osem in Englewood NJ they import Rakusen's Matza. Maybe they can tell you where you can buy the small boxes. Those would be very nice. '
OH!!!! I forgot!! You can buy Chevington Cheese (which is fantastic stuff) in some places in NY. Want me to find out where? Matza, cheese, a tea mug & tea would be very cute.

| Red and white and blue stuff. You can buy the English soldier hat to use as the bucket for your Mishloach Manos.

Bubble (no s) It's sausages in pastry I think. Or is that toad in the hole? I forget, it's been a long time!!! If you have scones & cream, don't forget the little pots of strawberry jam. Delish!!!!
I'm getting really hungry here!

| im sure you can find the english flag on toothpick & stick that into the muffin or just randomly into your theme to pull it all together. How are you incorporating your police man son? Is he being an english police? maybe you can tie it together somehow.

If you can get hold of Rakusens biscuits, especially the chocolate digestives, but even the ginger snaps, your recipients will love you til the end of days. _________________ Boy aged 8, Girl aged 6, Girl aged 4, Girl aged 2, Girl aged 4 days ka"h

Thing is about buying all 'English' things like rakusens etc is that no american recipient will understand why that is 'english'.
Id go for red and blue themed or tea and biscuits. Even scones, strwberries and cream. _________________
