My baby is 3 weeks old and I have no clue what milestones to be looking out for, what to be doing with him etc. any advice?? What do I do to "entertain" him while he's up?

At 3 weeks, your baby should just be starting to realize that there is a world around him. He doesn't need to be entertained. Just talking to him, holding him, touching him and letting him watch the world go by is more than enough stimulation for such a tiny baby. Newborns easily overload and that can make them cranky and irritable. You, at 3 weeks postpartum, shouldn't be doing much more than holding and feeding your baby as it is, so he is getting all the stimulation he needs. And no milestones to look for for a few weeks at least. So rest up and just enjoy your little bundle of yumminess

The only thing I would add on too frumamn is that there are a number of really well written books about infants and toddler that explain child development. You might consider picking up a copy of 'what to expect during the first year' from the library. Other books include: "Caring for your baby and young child" from the American Academy of Pediatrics.

A quick Amazon search shows that the following books are also really popular:

Enjoy your new little one! Remember to take lots of pictures and write down the occasional anecdote.

I sign up at baby center, they send me emails of baby's development. They tell you what to expect, and how to stimulate them. If you are the nervous type, don't read these, because it is normal for your baby to be behind. Some people are neurotic, and bring their babies to the doctor because the internet says they must do abc!
