You can make any bread recipe in a food processor -- just make sure to scale it so that it doesn't exceed your processor's capacity.
I've made many different challah recipes in mine.
And there's 2 different general procedures. The most accepted one is to first put in all dry ingredients and then to gradually add the wet ones.
I find it better to to first put in water, yeast and some flour, then add egg, oil, salt and the rest of the flour.
