I need a new camera. Any recommendations?

Although most people like canons.. I'm in love with casio's Exilim. I have bought their brand since it's out and have made many a beautiful memory. The price too is very reasonable,

How much do you want to spend? Canons have a name out there, but im sure if you dont want to spend so much you can find a good company thats cheaper. The main thing is to read the customer reviews before you buy it

I recently bought the Canon g11. Its great, pictures are very sharp and clear. Before this I had a Canon sd630 and I was extremely unhappy with the pictures. The advantage of the sd is that its size is more compact (all models of the sd is the same size) and the g11 is a bit bigger.

I prefer something smallish that would fit easily into my pocketbook. I don't really know the going price for cameras but I'm thinking of spending like $150-$200. If I can't find a really good camera for that price I would obviously pay more. The quality of the pictures are very important to me.

I really like the Canon SD 1300.
Small, easy to use, nice photos, zoom, short video capability. About $150 on sale now.
