Answering Machines?

I need to buy an answering machine-
for my home.
do you know of a good one?

No, but I can name off a few cr#ppy ones that I've had lately!

In most stores, you can buy one and if it works, keep it and if it doesn't, return it with all the packaging and receipts. I believe that since the stores allow that, its quite morally and ethically ok.

Uniden is a good company - they make good phones and base phones with machines. mine dosnt have one, but we use voicemail anyway.

I got a panasonic one at WalMart. it's a cordless & the battery really lasts a while! the other thing I really like abt it is that it has a speaker phone on the handset. The answering maching part is fine, quite a big memory. T'was only abt $60

I only shop at discount stores so they don't have such a good extended return policy...........

I just went to best buy

the store was out of them

I went to another best buy

most answering machines are conected to a phone

usually they are cordless!

I just missed out on a job

because my ATT answering machine did not work!
