Any kosher resorts in Poconos or NJ?

We r trying to squeeze in a little (2-3 days) vacation before I give birth. It's got to be close to Philadelphia (for babysitting purposes Smile

)
I've heard of Ceasar's Poconos, but what about kosher food there?
Or Atlantic City?

Caesar's offers Kosher airline food. They serve breakfast and dinner.
Breakfast is mini boxed cereal, individual orange juices and Chalav Stam milk, jam, butter...
Dinner is a frozen meal. (Choose the meat dishes, which are better than the chicken.)

We brought along a nice amont of our own food, and only suplemented with theirs. (You'll be starving if you only rely on their food.) The room comes with a refrigerator.

The poconos are not near philly. there is about a 2 hour drive from one to the other.
from bklyn to philly is about 1 1/2-2 hours.
from bklyn to the poconos is about 2 hours.

To my knowledge, there is no kosher food in the poconos besides what ra_mom described.

No idea about atlantic city.
