What can anyone tell me about the yeshivish part of highland park? Schools for boys and girls aged 2-9, shuls, general feel of the yeshivish community. Also, is there shalom between the other types of people in the community?

I don't live there, nor ever did, but I love it. My brother and his family lives there. The school is called, shaare tzion and that's all I know. I know someone else from here used to live there. If you don't get more responses, pm me and I could try to find out more info for you.

my DH works near there and knows some of the people there. its a total mix of yeshivish, MO, BT, whatever. very warm, open, friendly, community.

shuls: I heard of Agudah, OE, R' Kaufman's but I dont know details like what type goes to what place.

schools I think there is elementary but high school many people send out ot elizabeth, teaneck, etc. recently they opened a new girls high school.

its a very warm community. there's also a bostoner shul that is open on Shabbos and YT.
