I bought my girls dresses there for 26.99/each and I'm very happy with them.

| I sometimes do well at JCPenney or Sears. They have a lot of sleeveless dresses that can be worn with a blouse, shell, or sweater, and if you find stuff in the clearance sections you can get great prices.
