I'm really getting fed up breaking my head every day with "what should I make for supper tonight???"

So I was thinking of making a weekly plan and your help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm starting but need you to finish it up for me and making it a balanced meal. (I find the side dishes the hardest.) As you can see I'm really not experienced!! Embarassed

Sunday - chicken bottoms
Monday - ?
Tuesday - ?
Wednesday - Milchigs or Fish
Thursday - crock-pot

Thanks so much!

I would recommend a rotation of a few weeks (we do four), just so you dont get bored with the same thing. Also, give yourself permission to change things around if you have a desire for something else, this is just a suggestion for yourself to fall back on. If you feel boxed in my it, you will abandon it.

I can email you my sample list and you can glean from that. Let me know if you want

Ive gotten 3 people who have asked me for the menu. it's in excel form, so if you want it, PM me your email address.

Please feel free to take what you want from it. You can ignore store names/cat items, anything you wouldnt use. Make it your own

I agree with Ima2NYM_LTR about having a rotation of a few weeks.
If you want a set type of dinner, but a large variety of stuff, you can do something like

chicken bottoms one day, chicken cutlets the next, ground meat, dairy or fish, dark chicken cutlets. you can make thursday crockpot dinner with one of those items.

For 5 different side dishes for the days of the week, you can use white rice, potato, brown rice, sweet potato, pasta or farfel.

For veggies, you can do a variety of cooked veggies, raw vegetable salad, and soups.

I am sure I have at least 4 different recipes for each variety of protein, starch and veggie.
