Cutting mens hair

What exactly are the halachos regarding cutting hair on a mans body?

I dont mean the hair on their head and hilchos paiyos or regarding how high beards can be shaved but...

(disclaimer- some of these are theoretical, some are personal and some I have heard of from others...)

if a man has bushy eyebrows is he allowed to trim them? (not shape- but trim the hair that is getting into his eyes and bothering him) what about his wife- if she cant stand how long his eyebrows are and that they get in his eyes (but it doesnt really bother him) can she trim them?

if a mans hair in other places of his body bother him- can he cut it? (again not shave- but trim with a scissor- or pull out with a tweezer)

what if it bothers his wife? (lets say hair "down there") can she trim it?

what about ear hair? nose hair? does it make a difference if its the wife or the husband who doesnt like it.

also during the 3 weeks the edges of my husbands beard was getting in his mouth and bothering him. (the hair by the edge of his mouth) he pulled them out with a tweezer since they were really annoying him all the time. said the assur is to shave not tweeze. I was a little questioning about that... anyone know?

I don't think so, but you can ask the rov if you find it so problematic.
