Baked goodies to freeze

I need some ideas/recipes of baked cookies/rugelach that are easy to make and freeze well.
I want to bake and take with on vacation and store in my freezer there
also has to be easy to transport and still good to be put back in freezer when arrive at destination (it'll prob defrost on the way there)
