My husband has been in a formal education job for about 5 years as well as doubling as an informal ed (shabbat activities mostly and sports teams). We recently took a job as youth directors, something we have done before, but the community we are working in is more mainstream modern Orthodox. Also, this time I am in charge of more of the programming than before (in our last job I worked outside this job part time).
I am looking for some programming adivce/input from anyone who has experience in this area.
