Everytime I make blintzes they are never sweet enough, not a smooth filling and overall just don't taste good. 
Please share your delicious blintz recipe with me! TIA!

To make your filling smoother, mix with a mixer instead of a fork. Add sugar, taste, add more as needed for desired sweetness.

| Look for a recipe with cream cheese in the filling. Pot or farmer cheese will always be grainy.
