marinate it in olive oil, fresh garlic, coarse salt
half ketchup, half brown sugar
spice rub (marinate it fridge for up to 3 days)
soy sauce, fresh ginger, lime juice & zest, olive oil, grill seasoning
lots of brown sugar, grill seasoning blend
