Has anyone had any luck with Yaffa customer service? I bought a shaitel from yaffa 18 ms ago and have sent it back 3 times. It has major issues. They finally told me that I "Must of picked a bad piece" is that a normal thing for a company to say about an $800 purchase?
If you have any idea how I can get either a new shaitel or at the very least a credit toward a new one, please let me know. I saved for 3 years for that one and I just can't buy a new one again.
