My DD made this for Shabbos...absolutely delicious!
Layered Ice Cream
1st layer:
3/4 c sugar
7 eggs, separated
1 1/3 cups of rich's whip
2 T coffee
Whip the egg whites until foamy. Slowly add the sugar. Beat until stiff. In another bowl, whip Rich's whip & add egg yolks when stiff. Make a paste of coffee & a bit of hot water. Add to yolk mixture. Then combine both bowls. Pour into 2 9x13 pans & freeze.
2nd layer:
1 1/3 c cocoa
3 c sugar
4t vanilla
1 1/2 sticks of marge
1 rich's whip
Melt everything together in a pan, pour over coffee ice cream & freeze.
3rd layer:
1 rich's whip
2 T sugar
1 T vanilla
Whip it all together but wait until the crumbs are ready before putting it on the ice cream.
Crumbs:
2 c flour
1 c sugar
1 c melted marge
1 c chopped nuts
Combine everything. Try & crumble it a bit & pour it into a pan. Bake at 350 until crumbly. Put on after the whipped cream layer & freeze until ready to serve.

But it makes two pans. - so it's 2 1/2 cups of sugar per pan.

There's a small portion left in my freezer. It's calling me...I can hear it now. "Bubby! BUBBY! I'm yours!" I went to WW this morning so I think I'd better cease & desist.
