I want to bake these cookies, but need to know which chocolate's out there, that's CY that has caramel filling.

That looks yummy. I would love to make it pareve, but I've never seen caramels that weren't milchig.

| Those cookies look so yummy! Sorry I can't help you with the chocolate though, I have been searching for some type of CY gooey caremely chocolate for a long time- there is only the encore bars (which wouldn't help you here) maybe shmerling has something, but I am not sure- I have never seen with the actual gooey caremel.

There is a Rosemarie bar with caramel filling -- very good, but not particularly gooey.
