Thanks ra_mom for responding  . So I should bake them for 1 hour uncovered and then cover them (losely) and leave in the oven? | Baking it for 40 min is enough, since it will be sitting in the oven for a while afterwards.
Bake it 40 min before Shabbos, and turn it off and loosely cover it by the Zman, so that it stays as hot/warm as possible.
