My dh birthday is Shavous. We don't have a milchig oven so I was wondering if
such a recipe exist (non-bake). Please keep in mind he is allergic to tofu so that can
not be a substitution.

Of course...
How simple do you want? You can either do the triangle one with tea biscuits, or I have recipes for an oreo one or chocolate chip cookie sandwiches, but both those use whip - can he have that? (or I guess you could use real whip too)
Let me know if you want them.
