Where to buy Shabbos shoes for girls size 5

I'm struggling to find Shabbos shoes for my 10 year old dd. We've previously always bought at Payless - but she's basically outgrown the children's section. As soon as I go to the women's section they all have heels, or aren't decent for Shabbos. I need a source which is either online or a national chain (we're on the West Coast). Any ideas?

I buy almost all of my kids shoes from online sites that have free shipping and free returns
You also get the best selection online and with free returns, it doesn't matter if they don't fit and you need to try again.

DSW, Nordstrom Rack

We miraculously found some nice ones at payless -- black patent leather ballet flats and loafers in the women's section. She was a kids 5, women's 6.5. We went to Kohls and found nothing, but got lucky at payless. Lands End also has decent shoes.

Hav you tried Payless on line? It has a bigger selection than you'll find in the store.
