ISO Sew-in Dress Shields/Garment Guards

Hi all,

I'm having a gown made for a family simcha and wanted to know if anyone has any recommendations for sew-in dress shields, if they work well, where to get them? Or if you've used disposable ones that work well?

The dress will be light pink and I don't want anything to show.
