I tried making strawberry ices for Shabbos. Since we are on a diet, my husband suggested trying splenda instead of real sugar.
The ices came out pretty and tasted good, but it's was sooo light.
The whole thing was very airy. Is it from the Splenda? Does the sugar really add some wieght to the ice cream?
