Some nice wholesome bread or rolls? Garlic bread if you wana be fancy?
A nice rich soup and a bread is a pretty full supper for my family. Salad on the side if needed.

Pan sear some flanken in the pot before you add the rest of the ingredients for the soup. Then cook everything together. Serve with crusty bread. Mmm.

Since that is a heavy soup a usually serve a lighter main course like flounder.
