the kosher prenatals have kitnius in them, not chometz.
call your rav to find out if you can take them.
(the health food store there are no KLP vitamins)

I was pregnant last year and my rav said to ask my Dr. if it was OK for me not to take it for a week at the stage of pregnancy that I was up to. As the previous poster said- they are all kitniyos so you should ask a rav. It may depend on what stage of pregnancy you are in. also FYI- romaine lettuce has a lot of folic acid.

Rav Yisrael Belsky told me that a kitniyos prenatal is OK as long as no chometz. I called up Maxi Health because that's the brand I was taking before Pesach and they said theirs is only kitniyos. Not sure if the psak would have been different otherwise, but just to clarify this is early in my pregnancy when doc said the vitamins are absolutely essential, and I was so nauseous that I was never going to get enough from my diet otherwise.

Re the nausea, some people find that the prenatal makes them MORE nauseous. You can track your food intake on babyfit.sparkpeople.com to see what nutrients you're getting, and take folic acid if you see you're not getting enough. Chicken liver has more folate than your prenatal.

I can't stand liver even when I'm not pregnant and I'd have to practically eat my weight in anything else to get enough folic acid. And the pills don't make me nauseous at all, my nausea seems totally random. To each their own.

Large amounts of liver is not necessarily recommended nowadays due to high levels of vitamin A and toxins
