Start solids or give a little formula? WTD??

I'm not pumping enough for my baby while I'm at work. I use a double electruic PISA pump but usually pump once while I'm gone, from 9-3, Problem is that I usually feed my dd at like 7, and then she needs 2 4 oz. bottles @ the babysitter , but I pump about 6 oz.
Do I try to add to my cukoo schedule & pump in the morning when I'm getting everyone out the door? Can I give a little solids only at the babysitter and EBF at home? I really dont want to give formula... Sad

personally - I would give solids...

docs used to say btw 4-6 months to start... now they are saying 6-8...

Can you pump once in the evening when things are quiet?

try adding a pumping in before you go to sleep.
