| When a recipe calls for heavy whipping cream - what does that mean? Is that the same thing as Rich's whip? Tia

| it means dairy cream. It will be near the milk. richs whip is a non dairy subsitute. You can use it instead but it just won't taste the same. also richs whip is sweetened - whipping cream you add sugar to if you want it sweet.

| Thanks, I am looking to use something non-dairy...so would the rich's whip be okay in terms of consistency?
