Purim seudah--israelli themed

I want to make an Israelli themed sudah this year. Any suggestions?

Israeli salad w dips for starters
Felafel coated chicken or bisli chicken
farfel for side dish
some veggie

or
u can serve a shwarma/felafel bar - have pitas and lafas and israeli salad, felafel balls and shwarma and have everyone make their own felafel

let me know what u decide to do...this sounds like a great idea!!

OP-- I want to do the "falafel bar" . But how do I get the shwarma to be fresh. It takes forever to make, and I wont have so much time before the seudah to prepare

For dessert, things with Sabra liquor, you can also make halva flavour icecream (crush halva into vanilla icecream), or rice pudding topped with rose flower syrup and ground pista.

or felafel for that matter.
