Ethio-Israel is Jerusalem Rabbanut.
Ethio-Israel
We ate there in 2007, and it was good.

I was at this restaurant at it's previous location Yarkon corner of Allenby. The new location is in the old central bus station, which is probably better if you are looking for parking (free after 7 pm on the street)While I can't say we would eat Ethiopian food every week, this restaurant is quite authentic and the food is tasty.
The kashrut is Rabbanut Tel Aviv/HaRav Lau

| If you are going to be in the area, there is a lebanese kosher restaurant in Segula, just outside of Petach Tikva. It's under Rabbanut PT and must have something else incredible going for it kosher-wise because I see very frum people (Sfardim mostly) eating there. We were there three times. The first two times it was great, the third less so, but I think it's worth a try. It's called Arabeska.
