I want to stock my freezer with things I dont have to risk throwing out before pesach cuz we dont sell any real chometz (flour, noodles, bread crumbs...), kitniyos is fine.
I have time now and want to make things butdont want to ahve to throw it out if we dont finish it before pesach.
any ideas? recipes are welcome and appreciated as well.

chicken cutlets dipped in a good sauce, then dipped in corn flake crumbs, then frozen raw
burgers spiced and shaped and frozen raw
meatballs spiced and shaped and frozen raw (use Matzah meal as the filler)
chicken cleaned and ready in pans
butternut squash soup
zucchini soup

| meatballs, mashed potatoes, pepper steak & rice, soups, sauteed onions (to save a step with future cooking- or add to hb eggs on shabbos) sautee veggies to save a step next time you make soup.
