Beitar Question - Israeli Passports and pp photots

Can anyone tell me how long it takes to get an Israeli Passport at the Iriya in Beitar or am I better off getting it in Yerushalayim - I need it in 3 weeks.

Also where can I get passport photos in Beitar - BOTH US and Israeli?

if it's rushed the easiest is to go to gilo - don't depend on it in beitar if you need in 3 weeks.
you can go to the photo store on rabbi akiva and they will do the passport pictures.

Can you tell me where the misrad hapanim is in Gilo, when they are open and if I need an appointment? Thanks.

Gilo is open to the public Sun-Thurs morning from 8:30-12:30. Afternoon hours are for residents of Gilo & Har Choma only.

It's rechov Yitzchak & Tzvia 800...I think there must be a mercaz mischari there.

It can take up to a month to get passports by the iriya, so if you need them sooner it's better to go to Yerushalayim.

You can get photos done at the photo store on Rabbi Akiva pretty close to the iriya.

Although it might just be my rotten luck, every time I go to the Misrad Ha Panim in Gilo they wind up sending everyone away due to some computer problem. If you want to be really sure that you only have to make one trip I would say go to the main branch downtown.

I've always done tem in beitar and gt them back 4 days later.

Mr Misrad Hapnim as he's known by... umm don't know his name, takes all the forms down to gilo on wednesday.. but other every other day you can do it till 12pm.
