I'm looking to buy a Jap pony for every day and I called for a price. 540 plus tx and not including cut. I put away a budget of around 600 for the wig. I know that the wig itself will cost me that (almost) so I'm looking for a simple side bangs for as cheap as possible but not someone who's so new, they'll mess it up. On expensive wigs I have spent as much as 350 on a cut because I feel it's worth it but on such a cheap wig, it's almost more than the wig.

TIA

Ok, That was my original post.

U/D: I called milano and their pony is on sale for 425 plus 50 for the side bangs that's 475 flat as opposed to 540 plus tax and cut. Is it worth it? I have been browsing the old threads here and it seems to be the consensus, especially for ponies is the jap. I plan to get a darker color anyway just in case it oxidizes a lot.

anyone?

I was really planning on going today and I know myself. If I push it off, I will use the money for something else and then I won't end up getting it.

I have a milano pony sheitel, and I've been SO happy with it. I wear it almost every day, it looks great, and I always get compliments on it. I've had it a year and a half and it shows no signs of wear and tear. On the other hand, my SIL has one, too, and she's not as happy with hers, although I think hers looks great, too. Plus she really does wear hers EVERY day- up, down, half up... it looks amazing, in my opinion. For the price especially I've been thrilled with mine, then again I don't have a Jap to compare it to. Can you go look at both and then decide?? Feel free to ask me questions about mine. I hope this helps a little! Smile

Thanks so much midwest mommy! It helps a ton. I have a pretty expensive wig that I'm sometimes not so happy with but it usually looks great, which is more important to me. Did you get a straight or wavy one? I'm asking because if the straight is not totally straight it may look bad, whereas if it's wavy, it's meant to be the messy look.

I've read a lot of reviews on IMA re the Milano wavy ponies. Seems that most ppl were thrilled with them. Do a search.

I know a few people with Milano wigs and they are very unhappy with them. I don't know anyone with JAP wigs, but I went to look at them because I thought I can afford one and it seems pretty nice, especially for the price. I've been a sheital macher for 4 years now and I went to beauty school. I can cut side bangs for you if you want.

Fabulous, I think that the straight ones are really straight. Mine's a wavy one, and even it's pretty straight. I've seen some of the wavy ones curlier, though, on other people.
