I didnt get my food stamps money this month!

I dont know what to do! I usually get the month's money in my account on the fifth of every month and Dec 5th has passed and the moneys not in my account!

I called the FS office and HRA and theres noone to talk to , noone helps I dont know what to do

its so so hard for me to go down to the food stamps office and wait on line all day there with my baby

has this ever happened to anyone else? how did you end up taking care of it

Could have wrote this word for word. I also get my food stamps on the fifth. I'm so depended on it. Did you recertify recently? I did and was told that this might be the problem they can sometimes change the day.

I often get mine a day or two later. check your card tomorrow.

same here I also get mine sometimes a day or two late, I usually get mine also on day 5 nothing as of yet

I've had this when we recertified. now you can recertify by phone. it seems that whoever did the phone interview did not put it in the system and they threw us off the program. dh spent 10 hrs in the office, but at least after all that they put us back on and gave us retro money. best bet is to go down to the office. its a pain, but seems the only way it works.
