Its a sweet raisin wwheat dough. I don't want to make rolls or challah from it. Is there anything I can
make that is more of a dessert with it?

you can roll it up with a sweet filling to make cocoa roll yeast cake or some such (I don't know what it's called in English)

roll the dough out flat, make a mixture of cocoa, sugar and melted margarine (or variations - with cinnamon, nuts and raisins, etc.), and spread that over the dough, then roll it up and bake in loaves.

aka "ugat shemarim", an Israeli standard

I made it and it was delicious. I filled with pudding powder, Cinnamon, raisins and vanilla sugar. Rolled it into a buns and I topped with lumps of butter. Gone in two days
