Anyone else?

I took a late shabbos nap and now I can't sleep. I wandered home after a late late meal at that ended at 5 something and sat down to read till DH came home from maariv. Problem is, I fell asleep and he was at a Yud-Tes Kislev farbrengen and didn't come home till after 8. So now I can't sleep and here I am.

Well, the truth is I didnt get to sleep this afternoon cuz my baby was crying. Now shes finally sleeping but im still at the computer its too addictive but I should really go to sleep.

I ended up getting into bed at three. I don't think I fell asleep till 4, and I woke up at 810. Gaah! These shabbos naps always come back to haunt you!

I take a long shabbos nap but go to sleep regular time at night. I DO exercise motzei shabos though.
