| bought a package of frozen falafel balls - but it didnt come with instructions. do I need to fry the balls first or just defrost them?

| I usually bake them in the oven from frozen, on an oiled foil sheet. They come out paler than the deepfried version but definitely healthier and less mess to clean up
|
