Non-organic food, e-numbers, milk and all that jazz

I am deliberately not putting this in Natural Parenting, because I am interested in comments from all sides. Someone sent me a link to this blog about stopping ADHD in 18 days and I am just interested in what you all think about what is said there (it's not just about ADHD, but about children's health in general).

I also began reading the comments on the blog - suggestions like buying a pygmie goat (yeah, on our mirpeset) and grinding your own wheat.

I read this a couple of days ago.

I must admit, it has inspired me to unpack our bread machine and yogurt maker (after three months!) and to generally take better care of what I'm serving the kids.

I have no intention whatsoever of starting to raise our own chickens, cows or goats, though.
(actually there is a family in our neighbourhood who has a goat. We walk past it on our way to shul; it's a big attraction to all the local kids)
