Are you allowed to wash your hands in a sink full of dishes after using the bathroom???

Just to make sure I understand the question: Are you worried about the dishes becoming tamei from the water that has been on your (tamei) hands and then poured onto the dishes?
Well then, it's not a problem. Water cannot be mekabel tamei, so even after it has touched your hands, it is still pure. Hope this answered your question.

I've also wondered about it, but I have noticed my husband pushing the dishes to the side, but he never really said anything.

Tumah yes, tumah no, water can and does carry germs, so from a standpoint of sanitation, don't do it.

Firstly, I should hope she washes the dishes afterwards with soap.
Secondly, many ppl. wash up with soap in the bathroom first and then wash netilla in the kitchen.

But if the dishes are dirty, then she'll be washing them anyway. My psak halacha still stands.
