who wrote it? what is it? who says it? when do they say it?

We say it every Shabbos before Yishtabach.
Many people make a kind of neder to say it if a certain difficulty gets solved. The whole tefilla is praise to Hashem.

I don't know who composed it, but it is the last bit of Peskei d'Zimra (right before Shacharit) for shabbat and YT, right after Shirat haYam. We sing/chant it, one of our favourite. Beutiful words, showing gratitutudes and praise to Hashem.
It is also included in Pesach Sedar after Hallel if I recall.

I say it every shabbos, after Yishtabach.
I know some people who have said it by the Kosel on a motzei shabbos.
I think they make a big thing of it... It's a very special tefillah.

hm...I dont think ive ever realized it was in shabbes shacharis...ive only been noticing it in my techinos, after perek shira and shir hashirim and parshas haman and the like...
