Salad Dressing Chicken
6 chicken bottoms or tops (remove skin)
16 oz. apricot jam
8 0z. french or thousand island salad dressing
2 Tbs. onion soup mix
lay chicken in pan mix rest of ing. pour over chicken bake on 400 degrees 1 hour
***this recipe is very easy to make but tastes heavenly***

A very tasty, much lower sodium version is to substitute 4 frozen garlic cubes for the onion soup mix.

I make a chicken with a can cranberry sauce and 80z thousand island or french dressing a nd a packet onion soup mix very diff but ultra yummy!
