Anyone ever used this before? Is it known to be effective?

I personally did not find it very effective, but most people I spoke to said it was miraculous. And I asked quite a few.

We're using it now for my sons eczema. I use cortisone cream as well but you can't use it consistently so I switched. Right now we're using clear cream and the eczema is clearing up.

worked miracles for my DD she keeps having unidentified outbreaks... just a very reactive skin and it clears em up in hours. starting to use it for myself on a little eczema blotch and as long as I use it its clear.

It is OTC but it's an Israeli product so not all pharmacies carry it. You can probably find it at health food stores? A lot of pharmacies in Brooklyn sell it

It works very well.

Dr Friedman, who is an excellent allergist, thinks its too strong, though, and prefers hydrocortisone cream.

I doubt that its really all natural. Nothing all rosy and cozy could work so well.

I use it sometimes anyway. Why? Not cuz its natural or gentle. But because it really works.
