This is the strangest story I've ever heard. Why didnt the daughter try harder to find her father? She didnt hear for him for a month and just... sat back? It's also a very sad story all around. and strange.

Quote:
NEW YORK (AP) -- A New York City woman says her father apparently lay dead for weeks in a minivan while police repeatedly left parking tickets on the vehicle.

Jennifer Morales of Manhattan says it's believed her father, George Morales, died of a heart attack.

Morales said she had last heard from her dad in early May. Morales said she had contacted police; but police say they have no report on record.

A city marshal found the body of George Morales on Wednesday while trying to tow the minivan from beneath the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway overpass. Parking tickets and dust covered the vehicle.

Like you say.
Sad and very strange.
The police have no report of her contacting them...
About them leaving tickets on the car-wasn't there a story similar to this in BP or Kensington a couple of months back?

Hmm... DD is all concerned now. It seems her reporting him missing is a load of crud.

You would think she would also report the car missing. All of a sudden she blames the NYPD ( who were also pretty idiotic in not noticing the body in the car, never mind the stench I'm sure) because she's seeing $$$ flashing in front of her eyes. Can you say major multi-million $$ lawsuit??

my 2 cents, maybe someone killed him for his organs and left him in the car to be found. cept he wasnt found for a while.

why in the world would his organs simply be missing???????? Shocked
why doesnt anyone mention that? its obviously not a simple oh he died and wasnt found, this guy was murdered for his organs, or alternatively died first and then had his organs stolen, either way its a crime.
