MAKE YOUR OWN - its way better for your baby than baby food
**keep in mind hat you can only use the foods ur baby has tried with no allergies**
the secret is the following...
choose one meat (chicken, beef or turkey)
one main vegetable (spinach, brocolli, zuchinni, squash...) - this is the main flavor
one thickener (rice, oats, barley...)
and the staples (potato, carrot, onion, celery...)
cook all of that in water with a tini pinch of salt, then blend (if your baby likes it soupy ad more liquid, or like my baby ad a little and it will look like pure)
you can strain this, but as time goes I leave little pieces so she gets used to the texture....

ITS ALL ABOUT PLAYING MIX N MATCH

hope it helped!

About finger food, buy lady fingers, sweet creackers, graham crackers and alike
(no honey in anything it can cause botulism)
I also give mine little pieces of avocado, very ripe pieces of fruit, very ripe pieces of tomatoes, roasted pepper pieces...anything you want! as long as its soft (baby can smush with her gums), small (but no too much, because it can miss the smushing and go straight down jeje) and no round slippery or chewy things (like grapes, hotdogs, hardcandy and tofee)
Just make shure you are around to prevent chicking hazard...

I THINK THE SECRET IS LETTING THEM TRY EVERYTHING (WHITIN SAFETY ZONE) PLUS THEY WILL LEARN HOW TO EAT ON THEIR OWN AND WONT GROW UP TO BE A PICKY EATER...

hope it helped!
