Wow!! I'm so touched!
Thanks everyone.
We had to stay over Shabbat due to the baby being jaundiced.
Birth story will be posted after I have a chance to write it.. twas rather dramatic.
The sinus infection didn't bother me during labor/delivery but that night it came back with a vengeance and I was glad to have the industrial-strength painkillers for the sinus pressure.

We had the Brit today. Elchanan Nissim.
Elchanan is for Zach's maternal grandfather who passed away in September. And we chose Nissim because he was born between the holidays of Purim and Pesach, he was born the day before Rosh Chodesh Nissan, the fact that he was a happy surprise and there was a bit of drama during his labor and delivery that we're thankful we got past.
We'll probably mostly call him Eli.
Nati is actually warming up to him. So far he hasn't tried to smack him around.
Yet.
